Sterilizer Watchdog Service Help
Your kit will include:
	- Spore strips in sterilizer pouch. - Instruction card. - Preprinted envelopes. - SWS Information cards. - Reorder card.
Instructions:
	How do I use my test strip? Using your test is pretty easy. Include your spore test strip (do not remove from blue plastic pouch) during a typical sterilizer cycle. If you are using more than one test strip per cycle please identify this strip on the backside of the pouch on the Contents space provided as well as on its corresponding SWS Information Card. This label will help identify your strip to us. If you are running a single test, this will not be necessary. Allow your strip to cool and dry after you remove it from your sterilizer.
Information Card Details:
	How do I fill out your card correctly? Our SWS Information card will usually include your company's name on the top, if not please include. Sterilizer: the name or model of your sterilizer. Type: Check off the type of sterilizer you have. Date: Date the strip was run through the sterilizer. Cycle: Cycle is a complete sterilization run. A sterilizer may be run more than once during the work day. Fill out the cycle number in this space (i.e. 1,2,3,4 and so on). Temp: Temperature your thermometer and/or equipment gauges is set to sterilize. Please indicate whether Celcius or Fahrenheit (C or F). Time: Minutes the sterilizer is set to run. Spore Control Included: Circle "yes" if you have ordered a kit with a positive control strip and is included in your return envelope; "no" if you have not. Signature: The name of the person involved in running this test. Date: Date this card is completed. Mail your samples to us:
	Once you have run your test strip, you can seal it in our preprinted envelopes and mail it back to us for analysis. Remember to include the cooresponding Information Card for the strip. Please note: spore strips received without its Information Card will not be processed.
